Alive 2026: A Weekend of Worship, Community, and Growing in Christ

Our Group412 students recently had the opportunity to attend Alive Music Festival, where they experienced four incredible days filled with worship, Christian music, fellowship, and time spent growing in God’s Word.

Throughout the weekend, our students walked through Acts 1–3, being reminded that Jesus has given His Church a mission, equips us through the Holy Spirit, and continues to transform lives through His power.

Growing in God’s Word

Each day brought a new opportunity to dive deeper into Scripture. Through Acts 1, we were reminded that Jesus calls His followers to be His witnesses and promises to equip us for that mission. In Acts 2, we saw the power of the Holy Spirit and how He gives believers the courage and strength to share the hope of Jesus with the world. In Acts 3, we saw God’s power displayed through the healing of the lame man, pointing us toward the truth that Jesus is still changing lives today.

We finished the weekend with a message from Luke 15:8–9, centered around the reminder that we are “still worth looking for.” God relentlessly pursues those who are lost. Whether someone has wandered far away or feels lost while sitting in church, our Heavenly Father seeks them because they are deeply loved.

Worship, Community, and Memories

Along with powerful Bible teaching, our students enjoyed worship through incredible Christian artists including Miles Minnick, Colton Dixon, We Are Messengers, Skillet, Hulvey, Josiah Queen, Ben Fuller, Passion, and Lauren Daigle.

The weekend was filled with meaningful moments, laughter, and memories that our students will not soon forget. One of the highlights came when the weather forecast called for severe storms. While we did receive some much-needed rain, God protected us from the damaging winds and lightning that had been expected. The rain even became a blessing as our students turned the grassy hill into a natural slip-and-slide, creating one of the most memorable and fun moments of the weekend.

Thank You

A special thank you goes to our incredible volunteers who gave their time and energy to invest in our students. From meal planning and preparation, to walking miles around the festival grounds, to serving through the heat and less-than-ideal camping conditions, they sacrificed their own comfort to help make this weekend possible. Their dedication and joyful service made a lasting impact.

We also want to thank everyone who prayed for our students, leaders, and volunteers throughout the weekend. Your prayers and support helped create an environment where students could encounter God, grow in their faith, and experience Christian community.

As we look back on Alive 2026, we are grateful for the memories made, the friendships strengthened, and the ways God worked in the hearts of our students.

Please continue to pray for our students as they apply what they learned at Alive and continue growing in their walk with Christ. We are excited to see how God continues to work through Group412 in the months ahead.

“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses…”
